They aren't for the most part. Nor are they considering PSA or Piedmont, the other WOs with the same starting pay. OP is trying to hook some referral bonuses.

The class that graduated last week will be based in both ORD and DFW

I can't help it. Every time I hear "flow through" I think of the plumbing in my house and what happens when I push the aluminium handle on the side of the finest imported Chinese porcelain in the half bath. If all those guys (at the most profitable years) at the end of their career would get out of my seat we wouldn't need no stinking flow through. #Durker durr! And while I'm thinking of it, if companies can find all dis money to disperse to scrape the bottom of the barrell, how come The Association hasn't been able to get to that money to make 1,2,3rd years liveable so that the talent pool that has supposedly dried up, wouldn't?!? I think Sully's testimony to the Sub Committee a few years back was pretty dang spot on.
