Click the little film icon on the post and copy and paste your link into it is the easiest way...

If its a youtube video you can click on the YOUtube link in advanced and copy everything between the V= and the & and past is between the symbols...
ie.
this
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y0mg4fBpMgw&feature=player_embedded#!
would become this
[Y T] Y0mg4fBpMgw [/Y T]
with out the spaces
to give you this
[YT]Y0mg4fBpMgw[/YT]
ie.

thats what i do, cut and paste then delete everything I dont need.
Go find a youtube link and copy the entire thing from the address field... Come back here and post, click the youtube icon, and it will bring up this....

Just paste is between the bracketed YTs and then delete anything not between the = and the &. I have to run to the store. Good luck, I want to see success with I get back in about 45 minutes.
