If you use logbook pro, set up an easy database program that will export in CSV format. Then you can upload into LP super easy.

If MyFlightBook.com's set up works for you, being a website it will work on anything with a web browser. And, from the site, it looks like they have Windows Phone 7 app (is that the current Windows phone system?)
