Electronic Logbook Printing

Out of curiosity, if you don't have a logbook by now (4000+ TT) how the hell do you input all your flight time? One line?

Do a forwarding entry just like you would do if you filled up your old logbook. Unless you want to be able to break down all your entries into airplane specific summary stuff.

I did a line by line epic marathon......it was a long, arduous process. But, the end product was well worth the effort. When I was making the transition, I tried to enter a month or two of flying every time I worked on it. Took me a couple months to finish the whole thing, but now that it's finished I've got a great logbook and the times are correct (which despite my very best efforts cannot be said about my paper logbook.....of course I didn't realize this until I went electronic). haha

Have fun!

4000TT will take a while to enter every flight manually, but it looks really nice when all said and done. I did about 1,200 hours line by line and it took a few months to get done. However, like Griswold said, one big forwarding line, and then start individualizing them from there. Of the few airline interviews I've done so far, every one that sees it loves it, doesn't ask me a single question about it, and is quite jealous of it.

How can you tell that they are jealous of it? I have had a lot of things in my life but logbook jealousy is not one of them.

Hey guys not to bring up something too old but back at this again, looking to print my e-logbook. What I'm curious about for those of you with logbook pro is that when I use the jeppesen export to PDF feature, I end up with the Remarks section cutting off some of my longer remarks. Any suggestions for how to fix this?
