Effect of Phil Trenery Still Being Felt

Yep. I have Wings Financial also, and my direct deposit is always a few hours later than everyone else's. I'm not sure why, but they just aren't as quick with processing them.

Well, I mean, I got paid. If it was a company issue, would only a few of us get paid?

Um, you did see the memo, right? The company flat out said there was a problem and a "few" people would get paid on time. Perhaps you were one of the lucky few. I know I didn't get paid (still, so looks like I'll be making some phone calls in the morning). As far as on time, if you got yours on time, of all the people I've talked to over the weekend, you're the first. So, yeah, I'd say that much WAS a company issue. Unless everyone that banks with Wings is still waiting on their $$$, I'd say me not getting paid yet is also a company issue, but likely unrelated to the Great Direct Deposit Screw Up of 2012.

And I'm okay if I get it a few hours late. It's not like I need to rush to Wal-mart at 2 am. If it's not there by 8 am, though, I'm thinking something is screwed up, and I figure I'll be on the phone all day listening to everyone try to blame everyone else.

Okay, I'm de-stressed now that I have my $$$. Still, though, even the company admitted there was a screw up. If you got paid on-time like usual, you were in the extreme minority. I guess I was just one of the major losers....

Mine finally showed up this morning. I didn't stay up late enough last night to see if it posted at midnight though.

Memo I saw said "bank error." or something along those lines. ;)

Glad you got paid.

Eh, I just go hair trigger to the "it's someone else's fault, therefore it can't POSSIBLY be Pinnacle's." Sure, it said bank error, but in the 6 years I've been here, I've never seen 9E's bank screw up paychecks. However, we DID just switch payroll software, and it's been having tons of issues. Can't log in from home (have to use a company computer), stuff still needs to be edited by hand, not talking well with other software, etc. Pinnacle's track record of "extensive" testing of systems before setting them loose live along with their almost corporate policy of passing the buck to someone else just seemed more in tune than "bank error" to me. Maybe it was just a bank error. Regardless, that hell weekend is over, and I an once again sleep. If it happens again, however, I might have to hop FedEx back to Memphis to make my feelings known....

"We were advised that this issue would only affect those pilots who use smaller banking institutions..."

I got my money today, I use a 54 billion dollar bank.

When do we get our W-2's? I need my return for "my S#$%-bag airline just declared Bankruptcy fund"
