EFB flight bag

Just a quick bump of this thread. I am also looking for a new EFB type bag. I currently only use the LW duffle bag that straps on to my LW roller bag, but it is kind of a pain in the butt, as everything is kind of cluttered together and if it gets too heavy, my bag won't balance.

I've been looking at the LW Stealth Flight Cube, but still a little too big for my taste. Anyone know of a bag similar to the cube but smaller? Does anyone have the Aurora bag from LW?

My Contrails bag cost about the same. The guy that makes it is a PHX-based pilot and gives substantial discounts to flight crew. Looks pretty rugged and it looks like it'll fit alongside the seat in the 757 no problem (probably the same with the Bus when I get to go back to it...and it helps that the Bus QRH is about 1/8 the size of the Boeing QRH I carry for an airplane I don't even fly).
I want to purchase the fl370 bag, how does one get a discount?
Thanks

The first pocket. Big! Fits my headset bag, laptop charger, EFB charger, phone charger, a 12oz bag of high-grade specialty coffee, and Hario v.60 filters. Spare batteries, whatever else.

What type of headset are you fitting into the bag? I have a rather bulky headset (Lightspeed Zulu 2). If this bag can fit that easily, plus tablet, and hopefully a 15" macbook pro, I'd be in business here.

My original zulu case easily fits in there, and my iPad. I see no reason why your MacBook wouldn't fit. In the big compartment I can fit my headset, a stapler, and a few other things.

Thanks for the reply. I'm new to the 121 world, and I'm stuck between not wanting to have too much crap on the road and with being a self admitted gear wh*re. As it is, I still have to carry paper jepps and manuals for several more months (iPads are coming soon! Still. Again. Maybe.) But, I also don't want to be struggling to transport and store the stuff that I do need.

Crew bag + Flight Case + Lunch Bag + LW Flight Cube = too much crap??

Understandable. Personally that sounds like a lot of stuff. I would get the flight cube once iPads are approved. This is my setup.

Fair point if you were paying list price, but AS/QX get 40% off. I suspect the guy would give other airline guys the same deal if they asked. I was lead to believe he's a QX'er himself...
Does anyone know if this is still the case? Their bags look really nice, and I'm starting to look for something larger.
