Eapis question

I submitted a departure notice through eapis today for a 6am tomorrow departure. However, on a test flight after customs where closed, we had a landing gear issue with the aircraft that will need mx to look at it. Since my flight is scheduled for 6am and custom hours are from 8am - 2100, do I have to call them and let them know we never departured as filed ? ( part 91 international flight on a N registration with a non us citizen pax )
