Envoy will go from a nice seat to Europe to a crammed seat on a 145. No one will ever notice the difference. shhhhhh

People will see the "envoy" on the ticket and think they got upgraded.

I honestly don't know how they write these letters with a straight face. Now, I've always prided myself on laying thick layers of sarcasm and being able to BS with the best of them but I just don't have what it takes to write a group of employees such as an arrogant letter.
