Hot off the presses:


All American Eagle pilots that were furloughed this year have been offered recall. (fact)

Those with 1500+ hours.. sharpen up your resumes.

We may be hiring soon. (my opinion)

That is all. :)
 
My old flight instructor just got recalled. Good for everyone, that got their jobs back. Maybe this'll make room for me to get on instructing somewhere in the near future too
 
i spoke with the ACP of DFW a few weeks ago and he predicted that they would be hiring sometime in the late spring of 2010
 
I was just recalled to my railroad job, I've been furloughed for the last year like a lot of pilots.

I wonder what is going on, because as far as I can see, not much has changed with the economy.

What are they (corporate or whoever calls back) looking for? I know I've been recalled now, but I really don't think it's going to stick. I'm glad to get a paycheck and benefits started again but

.............I'm confused and afraid we are all going to be disappointed .
 
Congrats to all our fellow Eagle pilots! Best of luck with your training but most of all, take time to enjoy the Holidays before returning to training!
 
I've been hearing that upgrades will come down to three years ever since I was hires back in 06. Don't believe it until you see it and then only believe half of it.
