WASINC International is currently seeking E190 Captains for Tianjin Airlines located in Tianjin, China. This contract position offers many different options, and is 3 years renewable. Compensation for this position include base salary, allowances and bonus. Training pay for this position is 60% of salary during ground school (maximum 60 days), and 80% Salary from 61st day until notification of assignment as Captain.

Compensation:

• Option 1: (90 days off per year) $20,471 per month
• Option 2: (100 days off per year) $19,804 per month
• Option 3: (110 days off per year) $19,138 per month
• Option 4: (120 days off per year) $18,471 per month
• Option 5: (130 days off per year) $17,804 per month
• Option 6: (4 weeks on, 4 weeks off) $15,138 per month
• Option 7: (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off) $15,138 per month
• Option 8: (6 weeks on, 2 weeks off) $20,405 per month
• Option 9: (6 weeks on, 3 weeks off) $18,338 per month
• Overtime over 80 hours: $200/hour
• 5 days sick leave per year

Bonus:

• After completion of 1st year - $12,000USD
• After completion of 2nd year - $18,000USD
• After completion of subsequent years - $23,000USD

Flight Benefits:

• $8,000 per year travel allowance (paid $2k per quarter)
• Maximum of 30 standby tickets Tianjin Airlines domestic flights
• Unlimited jump seating for pilot on Tianjin domestic flights
• 75% reduced travel available on Hainan Airlines domestic flights
• Upgrade to A320 after 2-3 years of service
  • Will require to sign a new 4 year contract on the A320.

• Chinese income taxes will be paid by Tianjin Airlines
