Who all receives forms in the mail from the FAA?

I know all three references receive scantrons, but who else receives them?

Does each person you list as someone who knew you at previous address also receive mail from the FAA?

All previous employers or just most recent?

Anyone know who all exactly receives mail?

I had all 3 references, person who knew me at my current residence, and my current and only employer all receive one, so you are pretty much right on.

my current employers and personal references got the scantrons. i'm not sure about the persons i knew though.
