Dynamic Aviation

They support the US Government and military forces on missions in the middle east (war zones).

Their posting has been around the various sites for months ( 8 to be exact ); I do not know if they are hiring or pooling or simply pilots to not want to play 007 operations in the midle east.

If anyone gets on with them drop the rest of us a note (if you can).

Is this similiar to the L-3 Vertex Aerospace? They've been posting for King Air pilots for months now too to work in Iraq, I could only imagine the amount of resumes they've received...

As for the CFI job in Iraq who offers this position (I'm guessing probably training Iraqi Air Force cadets)... :)

I had heard rumors that if you went to the sandbox the pay was $15,000/month. When I talked with Joel at Dynamic, he said it was true. All my friends say I'm nuts, but it would be worth it to me to go to the sandbox for 15k/month! If only I had the King Air time.....
It pays that much for a reason man, I would not forgot that....

Currently, they are looking more at people with an A&P, exactly for reasons stated earlier...for extended out-based operations. In the past, they have hired with lower minimums, but A&P would be required and you would have to right seat until you had the 1200hr requirement. Right now, HR has said they are on a hiring freeze due to completing a military contract. However, they are still accepting resumes...obviously.

Just a note, there is a lot more to this company than the military contracts. Pay is obviously better with those positions, but they have pilots and aircraft all over the world (most of whom live very comfortably). Working at Dynamic is a really unique experience and opportunity.

They posted on Climbto350 many times and this has caught my eye but I'm still wondering what the pay is. Anyone in the company know if they'll hire a captain without a a&p but with 500 PIC KA time? I'd totally be willing to get my a&p, was planning down the line but kinda hard to do it right now in India.

Yep, they'll take you without an A&P. It just depends on their need. They receive new contracts all the time, and will look for pilots as the opportunities arise. A&P definitely helps, but not a requirement.

Just spoke with my friend who was supposed to be hired by them end of '08. They then told him end of Feb '09 and now its to be determined. I guess Prez Obama has cancelled three of the programs they were involved in over in the Middle East. My buddy said that 5 of their planes are coming back so they are a bit fat on pilots right now. Bummer...

They have hired 500tt in the past. Right now is a different story since they have 100s of resumes on file with double that amount of time. They'll give more consideration if you have an A&P. So yes, they have hired SICs with that amount of time. No, they are not seriously considering applicants with 500tt at the moment.
