No need, looking back on this stuff, I have been a$$, without the intent of being one, just poking fun (in my own way, I got the sense of humour from my dad) at you guys, the way ya'll poke(d) fun at ND and UND. Some of it I did take a weee bit to personally and lashed out, trying to pull the whole been there done that, got the T-Shirt card, when I myself hated that very attitude from "older" people.

ohhhh, the picture didn't load the first time. That is funny as hell, what was he/she arrested for, being drunk in PUUUBLIC?

Don't know, found it last night when I got my new avatar. I think it's funny though, there are more on google I spotted.

COPS ARREST STAR WARS STORM TROOPER

The Force wasn't with a Stormtrooper-clad attendee of the JVL-CON science fiction convention on Friday at the Ramada Inn in Janesville.

Instead, it had him surrounded.

Janesville police got a surprise when they responded to a report of an armed robbery at the Ramada Inn, 3431 Milton Ave.

The alleged suspect was dressed as a Stormtrooper, a soldier for the Galactic Empire in the science fiction movie series "Star Wars."

"Apparently some people who saw him felt there was a threat," said Sgt. Kay Nikolaus of the Janesville Police Department.

The Stormtrooper was really a vendor participating in the weekend convention, held annually at the Ramada Inn, said Joann Lewandowski, who lives with event organizer Ray Norton.

"It was kind of silly but kind of understandable," Lewandowski said.

Whoever called police must have missed the Ramada's marquee out front, which announces the convention being held there, Lewandowski said.

The Stormtrooper got a warning from police-leave the plastic laser gun inside.

So, if you're passing the Ramada this weekend and you see a little green guy with pointy ears and wearing a robe, it shouldn't be an alien concept.

So here is a question for you Dugie. You hang out a lot in the UND forum and seem to know everyone in it. Did you/do you attend the school? Seriously don't think that you attend the school currently with you being flight crew on the DC-8!

Left UND in 2004, so not all that long ago.

hmm anyway as big an aviation school it is it's a small community

I dont think a nice Dugie8 is going to do it for me. I thought i pissed off a lot of people until the last few days. Keep on giving em hell otherwise it will be a dead forum for a while

I started here in 2002. Care to post your 4 letter identifier to see if I recognize you from anything (ie, stage check) or is that something you wiped from your memory when you left here? ;-)
