Honestly, I'd spend the money for the XGPS160. It's the updated version. We had the 150 and it sucked. The new one pics up sattelites super fast whether on the ramp or at FL450 at 500kts. I think we got rid of the old one but I don't think I'd could give it to you with a clear conscience. The new one is that much better.

Thanks for the input. I'm just a lowly CFI, so as you can imagine, I don't have much money. I don't really need it at this point, but I wanted to try it out on my iPad. I'm sure I will eventually purchase the 160, when I move on.

I have a 150 I'm not using anymore, original box and everything, $40 shipped to you?
It has always worked good for me, upgraded to new stratus.
