Does the internet hate your airplane?

My least favorite plane to fly on is the ERJ 145 because I always end up in a seat with no window. How did they get the window spacing that wrong? "Oh, one window every other row is enough right?" I would rather fly on that Beech 99 just for a change.

If you've ever flown a 99 you know that's not true. I'd rather sit in the lav of an ERJ than fly(as the pilot) of a 99.

Lots of hate for the -700, a perfectly good airplane. Although I'll agree tanking one up here in LAX and flying it clear to DFW strikes me as a bit unreasonable, sure.

(I hate the Internet.)

I flew back from Bahrain on a 757, like freaking cattle, hated that thing. Flying, mabe different but it was X amount of the most uncomfortable hours. Granted, except for first class, most seats are not fun. I've got big ass shoulders and I'm always up against somebody. Yuck.

Back when I used to have free time, usually winter, I would take Air North up to Whitehorse, and would take the 99 over a PA31 just on the fact there was heat.
See, again, that's been the opposite of my experience. In the 99, you'd either have full heat and it was 200F in the thing or none at all. The pa31 janitrol always worked for me.

Maybe I was...ok I KNOW I was flying clapped out chieftains that were coming through bur for Mx, and while it was a fine enough machine, the 99's were always in better shape.

Also of note, I never once flew a straight Navajo or B. All 350's.

Probably an Omni or North American 757 (when they had them)? Yeah, solid machine from a pilot's perspective; awful for passengers, particularly as troop transports where you're tech stopping every 5-6 hours. I did a little happy dance when the last one hit the desert.

When I commuted out of BNA to ORD, 9 time out of 10 it was on a 145. A CRJ-700 was a welcomed change. That thing was a 757 inside compared to the 145.
Id have to say the best ride I ever had was on a RAH 190 operating for Frontier from DEN to LGB. I got upgraded to the first class style seats when they needed my seat for a last minute DH. I'm not tall, so most airplanes are ok but man, that 190 was roomy, smooth and quiet.
