Does Telex 850 work with 757/767 interphone?

I have been looking for an ANR headset to replace my telex 750's. I have a hard time understanding some foreign controllers above the cockpit noise and I am thinking maybe the 850's will help.

I have read that the 850's are not compatable with some aircraft that don't have the interphone bias on at all times. Is this an issue with the 757/767? I don't want to carry a rubber band around to hold the interphone switch on.

Oh, I've seen guys use the 850s on 757's and 767's.

My understanding is that the mike jack has to be powered. The interphone doesn't have to be hot, though. It is powered because it's sending inputs to the CVR (at least I believe it does on the 757/767).

I used it on the 757/767 and never had a problem with it. Great headset for that airplane.
