Does anyone have any intel on Charter Air Transport?

Hey, sorry to bring the thread out of the dead, just got done talking to these folks, and was wondering if anyone had any other info on them besides what's in this thread.
So far I got:
- Pilots average 400hrs/year, @35/hr, which amounts to.. well not much monthly. In my situation it could work, but is schedule dependent.
- You are home based, they airline you out, and schedule comes out ahead of time for the month, any pop-ups are usually put on the schedule two weeks (?) in advance.

My biggest questions:
- What is the QOL really like there? Hurry up and wait (sit) is fine, as long as there are other "positives"
- Besides the block pay, is there any other $? Travel days, training pay...
- Upgrade to PIC time?
- They say the reserve the right to end the employment agreement any time for any reason, but what is the "contract" if there is one?

Any other input/info. Please, the bad opinions/facts/etc have already been expressed, just looking for the hard facts. Thank you all!
