I have a customer that's considering the purchase of an airplane in Scottsdale, and I'm trying to locate a reputable mechanic in the area to do a pre-buy inspection. Does anybody have a recomendation? Thanks aheadof time!!
 
The flight school I was at used a guy named Skip. Really solid guy, but a little old and somtimes hard to get to come out in a timely fashion. But, once he did make it he was pretty good about getting stuff fixed. Somebody up there will probably know his full name. If they can't, pm me and I'll make some calls to track him down.

I have a co-worker that works general aviation maintenance part time and another that has an inspection authorization. If you give me specifics on the aircraft being purchased, I can get in touch with these two TONIGHT and see if they fit the bill. PM me some details if you need. Oh, both are in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area and both are quite experienced.

Falcon Executive Aviation. I used to work there and we've ha the Apache serviced there since we've owned it. They are a certified repair station, they con work on anything from a cub to a King Air 300. Tell them I sent ya (if you don't remember my name I'll PM it to ya). They're on KFFZ which is about 10 miles south of KDSL. They regularly do pre-buys.
