Do any regional have duty or trip rig guarantees?

No real trip or duty rigs at XJT.
DPM is:
3.75 for trips on a day off
3.0 if it's a day on a trip with no scheduled flying
2.0 per day on a scheduled trip
15.0 min per 4 day
1.5x rate is only good when days are "red flagged" which has been pretty much every day this month.

that 2.0 DPM is soft time so you'll almost never see it. ie, if you have a 4 day and day 1 is only :45 minutes but the trip is over 8 hrs (2.0 per day) then you dont get anything extra, just the trip credit.

I actually had a no##### 22:40 flight time 3 day on my line this month. Unfortunately, I couldn't fly it--would've been the most productive trip I've had.

my most productive trip was a 4 day originally blocked at 27:22 and ended up worth 28:39.
