I gave airtran and Waco a negative during the recent thread.
I don't think* I'll give out any more negatives. It smacks too much like burning a bridge and you never know if they are reeeally going to take it to heart. I think most looking to make connections here would feel that way.
So IMO, with people on this site less likely to give known negatives, opposed to other non- careers/connection type forums, the green bars don't really mean much and will probably just mirror post count from here out.
