Dispatching for Sun Country

Hey all,

Just curious if there is anyone on here who dispatches for Sun Country? Still doing research on airlines and where I might like to end up, but I haven't really been able to find much on them. Any ideas on pay, QOL, average day in the life of, etc..?

A friend of mine interviewed there a year ago. It's a small operation, difficult to get in from what he said. The pay is pretty good it sounded like. Something like 45 to start and 80 top. Not mainline but he was from Minnisota. I'd venture to guess QOL is good as he said the average dispatcher had over 10 years in.

Yeah, very tough to get into, tight group over there and they don't hire often.
