Falcon Aviation Academy Newnan, Georgia:<BR /><strong>Job Purpose</strong><br />To assist and maintain the daily dispatching functions. The Dispatcher is responsible for facilitating and maintaining the schedule to keep operations running accurately and effectively. <br /><div> </div><div><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></div><ul><li>Ensure aircraft are returned to base on schedule</li><li>Locate any overdue aircraft (See Overdue Aircraft Procedures)</li><li>Maintain a list of regular/emergency contact numbers</li><li>Monitoring weather and flight conditions to ensure each pilot dispatched meets company requirements to fly.</li><li>Monitoring all MTC inspections to ensure flights will not fly over due tach hours.</li><li>Complete Administrative duties as assigned by Management</li><li>Dispatching, monitoring the progress of all flights</li><li>Checking in all aircraft flights, ground and simulator activites.</li><li>Ensure correct dispatch procedures are complied with</li><li>Verify the student is assigned to the aircraft and instructor</li><li>Enter Flight and Billing information into computer for proper records</li></ul>
