PSA Airlines Dayton, Ohio:<BR /><p>Position Summary </p><p><br>This position impacts PSA Airline’s daily operations, supervising Dispatchers and OCC Coordinators. Responsible for dotted line reporting to the Managers of Crew Scheduling and Maintenance Control providing some supervision for those departments.</p><p><br>Job Responsibilities </p><p><br>• Core Responsibilities <br>o Provide operational direction for all three departments in the OCC and is the final decision maker for cancellations and delays.<br>o Supervision of the complete OCC with direct reporting to department Managers.<br>o Be the single point of contact for the OCC shift for internal and external contacts. <br>o Manage and report irregular operations<br>o Track LOBs and incidents in the OCC<br>o Assist with hubs situations or events <br>• Other Shift Duties<br>o Conference call briefings for day<br>o Manage daily controllable delays<br>• Other Dispatch Manager Assistance Duties<br>o Route database maintenance<br>o Navigational Database updates<br>o Flight Schedule load<br>o Dispatch Audit Program<br>o Fuel program<br>o HFR Fuel program<br>o Assist with other departmental requests<br>o Work with AeroData on projects and issues<br>o Assist with payroll<br>o Build other users in other departments into appropriate software and grant access to users<br>o DECS //TE and RES Admin building<br>o Other projects as assigned.</p>
