Dispatch pay scales: topping out point

I think the starting wage scales have been well covered on here. A quick search will give you a good idea of how most regionals pay starting out.

However, Ive never seen a thread that covers where regionals top out at. With unions being involved, I would think that pay would go up with longevity but Ive never seen a dispatcher pay scale so I dont know. Can anyone tell where their company's payscale tops out at and when? And what the yearly % raise is?

I still have that PDF file that was on WDFF. Here ya go:

A lot of these are out of date, but hey it's a place to start

I know this person that had this information.. he is no longer in aviation and no longer maintains this information.. not much has changed.. the top out's for the majors has been reduced as has the benefits due to chapter 11 BK's over the years..

Just as a guideline, the new 2010 ASA contract tops out in 20 years in the lower $50K range... plus OT if available..
