Differences between Class I and Class III medical...

Hi, I was just curious what the differences were in the type of tests conducted in the Class I medical and the Class III. Much appreciated.

Vision exam is more extensive and the visual acuity requirements are different (20/20 for Frist Class and 20/40 for Third Class). For those over 40, there is an ECG yearly for First Class.
