DFW-DEN: Which Airline?

sounds like your options are-
netjets
flexjet
citation shares
flight options

the top three being in no particular order. the bottom one is where it should be.

I had a deal with Executive Airshare and Flight Options through the company I merged with some years ago. Never used it because there was no mechanism for me to fleece my clients....I mean, pass the cost of private jet travel onto my clients.

American all the way. i don't know why but i don't get the warm & fuzzies riding on a airbus and YOnited was just a chinese fire drill every time i've rode on them. I always travel as a full fare pax, too.

1) Cheapest ticket
2) Best times to fit your schedule
3) Fewest connections (I'm thinking those are all non-stop)
4) Cheapest ticket

:yeahthat:x1! That's what I look for when I purchase a ticket, which is going to happen a lot more now that my status has changed to second class nonrev passenger on southernjets.

after you get your cheap tickets make sure and complain about service and the state of the industry.

FRONTIER!!!! because i am an idiot and own stock in them...hoping you can help them get above .30 per share...and es I know friends don't let friends...

actually I love flying them, I always try to jumpseat with them on from dfw to den and it is always a pleasent experience. Plus tv helps pass the time for me....AA-> uncomfortable and I ALWAYS get stuck in the middle seat

You know your stock is worthless due to the bankruptcy and with Republics new deal they will own 100 percent of the new stock. Just food for thought. I had Delta stock before we went into bankrutcy and it was wasn't worth the paper it was printed on during bankruptcy. I had to option to buy the new stock, but I got out of airline stocks.

Well, apart from the nostalgia of having some good scratch paper!

I wish I could have gotten the certificates for my Delta stock that I wasn't able to move parts of my 401(k) out of before "our saviors" dookie-canned it.

Honestly I don't understand the hate with American.

I've flown pretty much only American, with a few SWA and CO flights. It's just a toss up usually. We mostly fly American just because my Dad has so many miles with them (international travel all the time will do that to you).

I've never really had a problem with American. Sure, there's been some annoying other passengers, but I'm sure that can be said about many airlines.

I do think you should go with whatever works best for you though, as some others have said.

I've JS on all three and I would say its a toss. For some reason, I like being a PAX on the MD-80 on american... the seats on comfortable. United has been good to me, although it seems there flights are overly full the times I have gone on them. Frontier was a good experiance, crews like to address the liverly of the airplane, so if your into that sorta stuff...

me either, i am Advantage Gold and get taken care of very nicely. Always have an exit row window seat or get bumped to first.

United? You have to ask? You're funny.

Can't say anything about AA, never flown them, but F9 has great service and $5 DTV, flown them on 7 segments never been disappointed. I say F9.

Maybe you guys can explain this. I am ultimately going to Alamosa, CO, which is served by Great Mistakes. It is almost $50 cheaper for me to book it DFW-DEN through Frontier and DEN-ALS through GLA then it is to book it all through Frontier. Why is this?

Honestly I don't understand the hate with American.

I'm convinced American has considered some way of getting passengers to bring their own lawn chairs instead of providing seats. Domestically, they are a no-frills airline.

But I still recommend 'em because they seem to live at a good nexus of schedule & price and, except for the occasional North Texas summertime thunderstorm, you'll get there on time.
