Depression, OCD, ADD, and PDD-therapy

:yeahthat: Me too! Nice and orderly, arranged in ascending order...small (on top) to large. :p

Me Three....But then again, it's not that hard when there's only a couple of one's in the wallet....

My cousin who is an Oncologist told me that most Surgeons exhibit a lot
of OCD characteristics. I sure would'nt mind it if I had to go under the knife and my surgeon had OCD(measure 3 times cut once). I also feel that having a bit of OCD in the aviation field may not be such a bad thing as long as it does not impair safety in anyway.

this is eaxctly what i am talking about. any "doctor" may have diagnosed the last three posts as some sort of condition. thats why doctors ****practice**** medecine. no disrespect to doctors as a whole, but think about some pilots, they got all their certs., but none of us can figure out how. then there are some who have all the certs., and are the best of the best, and can't find a job. some doc.s are quaks, and some realy care and are excelent.

i hope that these last few posts have given you the spark and hope you need ktsai91. this is a great field to work in. it has it's ups and downs, but as a whole, there is nothing else like it in the world. please please please, do what you have to do, and keep that aviation spark alive in you.:rawk:. most people in your situation would have given up already. if in ten years, i am a cheif pilot and you come looking for a job, i would hire you just for the simple fact that you stuck with it, and made it happen:rawk:

Thank you very much mshunter for the encouragement! Many people told me on this forum that I should wait years and years before flying. But I don't wanna wait a long time. You know, I would like to see many people achieving their dreams of flying as much as possible, not only just for me. It's so sad to crush a pilot's dream just because they are not medically fit to fly. I plan to do something about it in the future. I'm not saying that we should allow medically unfit pilots to fly but maybe we should make a new drug, one that will cure the person's disorder or injury as soon as possible, with absolutely no bad side effects. That way, the FAA could approve the drug and many pilots would feel better very fast.
