I have to go and get some new crowns done. The doctor said she will require to give me a dentist shot in order to remove part of my teath and then put a temporary. I was wondering if i can fly after that specific dentist shot. or what is the required waiting period. thanx doc

What's the chance of popping a positive on a drug test the day after dental anesthesia ? My dentist says lots numby juice is better for the crown work.

Fortunately, I don't do any government-sponsored urinating anymore.

I just went to the dentist. A quick call to leftseat.com and subsequently, the FAA Aeromedical Standards office gave me this answer - 48 hours especially since I'm on reserve.
