DeltaWest Flt 188

So am I reading that a majority of you agree this was an excessive reaction by the FAA to revoke their licenses in response to the media spillage or do you believe its justified and fair? From everything I have been reading I believe a mistake was made on both fronts and handled poorly but I don't see revoking as a way to correct the problem. More education on proper ATC to cockpit hand offs and communications might be a more effective way to start the ball rolling. Has the FAA really done anything to improve safety in the last 15 or so years? Have they really done anything that even pertains to their job requirements?

Safety is secondary at the FAA. Promoting air commerce is first.
