It's a pension fund that's set up like a trust fund, so creditors can't get at it.

Wow, this is the first time one of my posts has produced so much opinion!

I would like to say that even with many of the airilnes shafting their employees, you pilots/FAs/agents/etc. are still awesome and I respect you a lot. I'm praying for the best to you all...hang in there!
