Well I can attest to the fact there are some idiots down there throwin luggage that I wouldn't want to see drive on the street let alone a grocery basket.

But the last time I flew Delta outa TUS-CVG (it's been a few months) the contract ramp crew taxi'd the plane from remote parking to the gate.

I was surprised because as a Delta employee I'm not even allowed in the cockpit at the controls and these people don't even work for Delta and there happily taxiing MD-88's and 737-800's around the ramp.

I was like ain't that some "s___t".

Some rampers ran over a friend's Purdy Neat Stealth bag with a belt loader, the company (ACA) replaced it.

I never reported it, but perhaps I should have.

It wasn't destroyed, it just sits a little funny now. But I think it got bent back after checking it on America West this evening. Funny how that stuff works!
