Delta...

There is easy access to investment capital where Alaska can go out and find a merger partner of their own. Personally, I think it will be JetBlue and Alaska.

I never thought about that combination. But it would make sense maybe, in order to combat the credible threat levied by the Southwest machine. So if what Doug heard is right and more than simply conjecture, who could Delta dance with in the current landscape that would be considered worthy? Didn't Alaska's parent company not too long ago really want to sell off/spin off Alaska, and focus only on the Horizon side?

Personally I think Southernjets is going to buy Alaska, JetBlue, and Hawain. They're going to go all Memphis on ANC and HNL while they build 2 extra runways in ATL to accommodate the increase in flights. It's true. I heard it from one of the cleaners coming up the aft stairs on Thurs.

One is supposed to say, "Baby, you don't need that".

If one bases adoration and support on something synthetic and it's lost, taken away, stolen, or discontinued, that can manifest itself into something untenable.

Sorry lost in translation!

Love you!

Let's talk again about who is merging with who.
