This is the biggest problem I've run into at Delta. That and the damn retirees...I was trying to get to work one day and got completely hosed in DTW by BOTH of these.
Is there any way to win?...ever? I've actually stopped taking Delta and found an easier way to work (Southwest and AirTran)!!! A LOT less worrying.
