I wonder if Puppy is regretting going into politics. One of the most militant, hard core trade unionist MEC Chairmen the union has ever had, and a bunch of guys on the Internet are acting like he's just another Moak clone. Crazy.

You read his letter he put out today, right?

Puppy is "The Man" and I have his back, but I'm telling you, he's trying to please both sides. You can't both be a trade unionist and play nice with the subversive elements in the MEC that needed to be cycled back to the line years ago that play the politics of yesteryear.

We have a lot of great people doing great work, but there are those that need to come down from Mount Olympus and live amongst the Plebeians. The idea that we have appointees and special projects pilots shouting down, lobbying and belittling constitutionally-elected representatives whose sole charge is to represent their respective councils is asinine and precisely why we are where we are today and the unique opportunity for true restoration was squandered.

Kingsley attempted and got his head lopped off on the guillotine with catlike quickness. The never got cleared out, Puppy was supposed to be our General George Washington, but hasn't realized that there are elements that have their own agenda.

I've probably already said too much.

Until Donatelli flushes those elements out of the process, it's going to be, well, "A Tale of Two Cities".

ROFCIBC. Bring him out of retirement :)

You missed it, but at the last Executive Board I was NOT impressed at all how he handled a pretty easy path to take with a committee report.

It was very Moaklike. I also wasn't the only one in the room that witnessed it on here.

No, not familiar with that one, but I'm not saying that I agree with everything he's ever done, either. Remember, I was pretty pissed at him for how he handled the 401k duesability issue back in 2012 at the EXBD. But trying to act like he's some sort of pushover company man is absolutely absurd.

And thank you for your service. Your beer money is no good in perpetuity.

I think the council is going to chisel a marble statue of you and Bill and replace that weird water feature in DTW with it.

I will put in $100.00 to make that happen.

I will put in $100.00 to make that happen.

I could run a GoFundMe campaign in DTW and it would be a huge amount.

The lounge was absolutely electric yesterday and it was the councils leadership and representation that drove it. It went from north, south, widebody, narrowbody to simply, and collectively "OMGWTF"

Yup. Politics. You can be as militant as they come and give the best rally cry in the world, but reality will quickly settle in once you sit across the table from Richard Anderson or the elite lawyers from Ford & Harrison. I so wish we can put Carl Spackler in that position. All that big talk on APC would drop quicker than a dollar at a strip club
