And being caught on camera hitting a woman passenger isn't good.

That's exactly how you break up a fight. That's what we do here at work. If two of more patients are fighting. The goal is to immediately stop the action, i.e. the fight. Then either we the staff or the patient, or both need to immediately back away. In a show of deescalating.
