It's not necessary to tell people to be quiet. I don't think Merit was giving a longterm research thesis on the lasting effects to operations of the airline.

More than likely, "No impact to operations" equates to "there was no delays to the scheduled service."

I considered it necessary, and I stand by it. His statement as much thumbed his nose at the death of the mechanic as the press release did.

.. and yes, morale very much impacts operations. They are never mutually exclusive. So refuting my statement with something obviously ignorant has no value. He should be quiet.
