Delta Hiring

Any idea how many will go external? Has the interview process changed? If I remember correctly the last I heard it was going to be a lot of internals but wondering if there is an update on that. Any idea on start date?
 
Only thing I heard mid August start date not sure of testing/interview but there may be a new test this time around

The application did ask if you worked for a subsidiary for Delta which included 9E and even DGS. Which is why I'm thinking it's going to be a majority of internals.
 
I took that question to be mainly from an HR standpoint, verifying your eligibility of rehire within the company or its wholly owned subsidiaries. But who knows really.
 
Heard from a friend of mine that they received a link to take a personal assessment. Did anyone else get this??
 
Not sure if you will get an assessment if you applied before to Delta. Have not received one yet
seems like people who never applied to Delta may get one of these assessments

Not so sure about that. Couple of folks in the office have gotten the survey, one of whom interviewed in the last batch of hiring.
 
I'll have to agree with Wolfman because I've applied before gotten the survey but never interviewed so I wonder maybe they are random.
 
Hello Troy here...Say, does anyone out there have some beta on this Delta assessment test?
I seem to recall last fall that alot of folks said it was tough or odd, while others said it was easy and proceeded to get hired.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's a simple Customer Service orientated exam. It asks very simple questions---almost like Hogan just without the "have you ever wanted to kill your parents"
