Which could be and should be determined during the interview process. I work at CPZ. I passed the DELTA interview process. I took the same tests and answered the same questions without,"GASP" a 4 year degree...

Yet the airplanes that the west pilots fly are not falling out of the sky like so much aluminum rain,. Your argument is invalid.... And FWIW, the west crews I have jumpseated with were alot more fun and laid back than any east crew.... Those guys are just flat out angry. I actually had an east Captain chew my ass in front of passengers while deplaning because he thought I was jumpseating on his airplane without asking permission when I was actually non-reving. A real piece of work that guy...

If you read my post instead of just hitting reply you'd find I said it had nothing about ones ability to fly airplanes. Go re-read my post again.

No. I looked it up. A foil is a character that contrast with the main character (protagonist).

Draco Malfoy, is a foil to Harry Potter, for example. So it looks like a foil and a heel are the same thing.
