Delta dispatch school

personally i can think of a lot worse places to live than st george, however to each their own. mostly its about mindset and what you make of your situation. no matter where you live and who you work for dealing with a delayed flight in dispatch beats dealing with a delayed flight as a csa.....and it pays better.

One of the most senior peeps at XJT, (in fact, just celebrated his 15th year with the company) just got on at a major. You go when the time is right.
This.

It will probably be at least 3 years before I bother applying elsewhere because I don't want to commute and I'm waiting for my daughter to finish school. In the meantime, I'll just sharpen my skills and network for when the time comes.

I agree dude, St. George grows on you. The utter lack of alcohol is tough to deal with and the town is a pretty quiet, but the nature around here is absolutely incredible.

Then again being a dispatcher most places is probably pretty awesome.

I will say that I have been pretty pleased with Phoenix. It's a beautiful place to live and much greener than I thought before we moved.

Plus, no issues getting alcohol whenever I need/want it. :)

As long as your in the East Valley of PHX, life is good. The other side of PHX is a dark place that must never be spoken of.

+1 on the booze.
