Delta Charging $200 a Month Extra for Health Insurance if you don't have The Shot

Respectfully, I'd like you to please remember this when a non-pilot expresses significant opinions about how you operated their flight and how airlines (or Air Lines) work - especially when that person has just enough knowledge - like a PPL - to be 'dangerous.'

You mean like they usually do?

Nissan; made in Tennessee and Mississippi!”

Oh, I know that there are some assembly lines and other forms of production stateside, but still funny. The irony really hits home when the sticker is on a Land Rover or other vehicle not manufactured/ assembled in the US.

I have no idea what you're talking about.
What he's referring to is literally how we got to the point people are taking horse dewormer either orally or anally. These quack doctors who started the Hydroxychloroquin bs that the former President pushed, was because of these quacks. This is what one of the "Dr's" is infamous for saying as fact.

Hence why people laugh at the claims. Provide peer researched or other approved ways to prove something works, and we'll talk about it.

Apparently those people are running a scam selling ivermectin and not actually sending anything.

I suppose I SHOULD feel bad that people are so far down a rabbit hole of conspiracy that they fall for this buuutttt……

Scrolling through FB memes while taking a 30 minute dump is the new research.

I've heard anecdotal evidence from people that were either sick or had a family member who was sick and their doctor administered Ivermectin and they seemed to have a very quick recovery. I'm not convinced it's a panacea but if it seems to help it shouldn't be shelved because someones feelings might get hurt.

A large majority of covid cases are resolved pretty quickly, so it’s unsurprising that a lot of people who take ivermectin recover well.

And there’s probably not a real problem with prescribing it for this use (aside from the fact that anecdotally it’s making people poop themselves).

But most drugs have side effects of some sort, which is why you don’t take, say, Advil for diarrhea. Sure, it probably won’t hurt (unless you’re one of the rare ones who get stomach bleeding from it) but it’s not going to help your messed up GI tract.

It’s the same with ivermectin. It attacks nematodes and insects, not viruses. There’s just not a biological reason it should work.

I'm willing to bet that any physician who orders ivermectin for a human Covid case is going to find themselves answering tough questions from their state licensing board.

It's an easy way to trick gullible folks and line your pockets. It's like taking candy for an anti-vacinne person.

Or when people say “Buy American!” And then drive a Ford model that qualifies to race in the import class because it’s made in Canada. In fact, of the top 10 “most American made cars” only 5 belong to American companies. 4 are Honda’s and 1 is Mercedes.

Asking in good faith:

How do you - personally - make the decision that something is bona-fide journalism vs. bilge?
Use your pumpkin!
Just this am I read an AP article about the horrible right wing Supreme Court decision opened up the possibility of 3.5 million evictions. Of course I’d rather not see that happen, but, it set off my “how much is that really? meter”

in 2019, there were 3.6 million. So, in actuality, just returning to normal. Although accurate, the slant of the argument was both political and gave an inaccurate impression of the situation. How good or bad the situation is with regard to these facts should be a different discussion.

that turned into quite the ramble….

Wow, what a smoking gun you have there!

1)If you actually listened to the first 15 seconds of this video instead of looking at only the headline, you’d understand why the Pfizer CEO was not vaccinated yet when this came out eight months ago.

2)The answer to that is that ethically he felt it was inappropriate and unethical to jump the line in front of people that needed it more at the time. This was a big deal when this video came out, 8 months ago.

3)The CEO (Albert Bourla) got vaccinated as soon as it was his turn, and received his second dose on March 10.

It’s really unfortunate that you are gullible and susceptible to the disinformation out there. I would encourage you to actually fact check the garbage you post on here, but I know you won’t as it doesn’t fit your weird anti-science narrative.
