Not sure how many people are internal here, but they just posted internally for anyone with or without a certificate to apply, you'll go through DADs class to get your certificate if you dont already have it. Thought id post anyway to let those who are Delta employees know

Awesome! I applied this morning! Fingers Crossed! Passed the AON earlier this year so hoping I get an interview this round!
Goodluck! I applied even though I took a Dispatch position at Endeavor (im not expecting to hear back in < 2 weeks)
Wouldn't be surprised to see another class behind this posting, but don't think they'd start before the end of the year given the training footprint on this part 65 class then initial training. They'd both be on the floor in February in a really tough time with probably more people going to international training for the 2026 bid year.

Heard the class will be about 14-16. Another internal class rumored to follow around January.

A friend said he got the AON assessment earlier this week.
I heard it was going to be external, guess we will see

Heard the AON Assessment was sent out on Tuesday. And those who received the email have 7 days to complete. So I’d say we should hear something in the next few weeks about interviews!
Have a spouse that works there, know someone there, or be a demographic they're looking for. Good luck.

Don't forget a few years DX experience if not associated with an internal (goes for all the majors).

If it is still under review and you did not receive and email to move to the next step, which is the AON assessment - the status may say "Qualifications Under Review" Until interviews are over and unfortunately the next email would be a TBNT, but do not get discouraged! Keep pressing on! Your time will come. I passed the assessment back in January, but did not get an interview...
Doesn't sound like experience is required if they're taking guys without their license.
