5 MD-88 ATL (went to the 5 senior), 4 MD-88 NYC, and 1 738 NYC.

I am the young one in class, but class seniority goes by last 4 digits of your SS#... so I'm number 6 in class. Missed ATL by one slot! Could have had the 738, but it would be quite a while before I would get to ATL so sayeth crew resources.

Just learned the FMS tonight.

so of the new hires, if you were older with a high 7,8,9 SSN# your seniority would be lower than a younger with a 1 ssn#? Is that normal? I was alwyas under the impression it was birthdate, then hire date related?

Another bid is coming out this month so make sure you update your preferences if you're shooting for ATL.
