I also got this I’m cautiously optimistic since I have zero prior experience any pointers would be really awesome. Not entirely sure how I was moved to the second step but I won’t skip out on it for sure

It mostly has absolutely nothing to do with dispatch. It's random math and logic puzzles and things like that. The only think that's related is a portion where you listen to ATC instructions in different accents and have to correctly pick which instructions are correct.
Got it, very interesting guess I'll brush up on my sudoku. Appreciate the help!

CUT-E tests. How to prepare for the online assessment?
CUT-E pilot aptitude tests are often used during pilots preselection online assessment. They do require a careful training.

It puzzles/concentration tests, the ATC one and the last one being the HR one with the slightly/strongly agree questions.

I passed the test back in March of 2022 but did not move on past that. Any idea if my test would still be valid to move on to the next stage? I know they switched the exam they use a few years back so wasn’t sure if I took the current one or old one. It did have the little puzzle and ATC commands from what I recall.
