The guys who get jobs at mainlines, without degrees, understand networking takes place everywhere, even on this "dumb" forum. Ask how many people on here have received jobs because of who they know and who they met, right here.

That's fine. However, it doesn't matter what you do for a living in this world because at some point you will need some people skills. Networking/connections also benefit everyone, regardless of your career choice.

You need to network or know somebody from the inside to get on with a Major Airlines if you don't have a degree.
Plus maybe have good experience and Military background.

This "forum" is more or less the "mushroom cap" of a very vast social network in real life.

Although it would be hilarious to watch the train wreck that this is going to become if you think we're just another "forum", do not make that mistake.
