His phraseology, but mostly constantly berating or arguing with pilots on freq instead of just letting it go or giving the brasher and moving on etc. he’s one of those everything will be fine and then he takes over the position and within a couple minutes is doing stuff like this. Even in this case he get on the guy for not crossing STRAD at 3000 but he also didn’t tell the guy to do that til he was 2.2 miles away at 4700’.

“you’ve missed to instructions, so why don’t I give a long lecture and give you a complex number to copy and repeat while you’re dealing with this while trying to land” . I’d love to know what was going on in the cockpit too, those responses were..cringe
