Deck angle... what is it?

Anybody know what deck angle is? I can't find a good definition anywhere. Searched the net, searched my books, and asked a lot of people... nobody really knows. The only think I could come up with was that deck angle is the pitch angle of the fuselage. Anybody know? Thanks!

Deck angle is aviation "slang" so to speak for pitch angle, which is the angle between the airplane's longitudinal axis and the ground, assuming it is a perfectly horizontal plane or "deck"
