DAY/CVG Parking

Is it possible for a non-domiciled pilot to get employee parking at either DAY or CVG? If not, what are the best options?

Thanks - Jason

I'm sure it is. If your airline or major partner serves either one of those airports, talk to the station manager about commuter parking. They should be able to direct you to the right place.

A guy who is a member here just got parking rights at CVG. I'll check with him on what he paid. I don't know about Dayton. There are tons of empty spaces in the employee lot and I've seen Airtran guys parking there before.

But how safe is that parking?

In Dayton? Very safe. The lot is patrolled by the airport police and has a parking shuttle that runs next to it all the time. There is a gate with a card reader to control access. It's actually part of the main parking lot, just divided off by concrete barriers.

If you are talking about CVG, I have no idea.

I was asking about DAY, not sure I can/want to purchase a new car initialy if this career thing happens. That 200mile o/w commute and all.

Here in CVG, you need to have the CVG SIDA to get into employee parking. You swipe the badge to get in and out. Max's favorite buddies at the CVG airport police patrol trhough every hour. Never had a problem parking there, except someone sideswiped my front bumper the first time I parked there.
