Dating as a Dispatcher

Obviously this isn't a forum for dating advice, but I am curious as to how fellow dispatchers have dealt with dating or their relationships. I have my certificate and I've started applying to regionals. I know I'll have to move, maybe multiple times before I settle down at a major carrier. How have other people dealt with moving multiple times while successfully balancing dating?

I will say ,whatever you decide to do, that it takes a certain kind of person to get involved with someone who is subject to working nights, weekends, holidays, having to get up in the middle of the night for a 4am shift, having plans changed at the last minute, etc.
