I'm a CPL SEL MEL IR, looking for some time building in the area I use C-172 out of KADS

Would like to have a partner to split the cost of the airplane, I'm able as well to fly out of KGPM. Also, looking for any opportunities to do time building nation wide, I'm able to relocate if its worth the deal.

You might want to check out Boerne Stage n Boerne Tx.. Www.5c1.net they rent 172s at $105/hr wet.. Shoot they have a210 under $200/hr wet..

I fly out of Boerne stage and have been all the way through my csel. It's a great place but don't let the prices fool you. The planes aren't the bees knees and the 210 is always having issues. It's the truth but I will still be the first to say that it's the best place in and around San Antonio and the Austin as well as the hill country area.
