Dallas area resident may need some "regional time" - What company ?

Wow, your apps have been in for over 3 months and you don't have airlines lining up to hire you? This is a long game, it has and will take many people years to get picked up by major. I have just about everything you have and have updating my apps for 6-7 years.

It's not like he's crying about it. He's taking a huge hit to the ego and paycheck to sit in the right seat of an RJ.

I think the ego is causing him to take a pay hit. He needs to keep on doing what he is doing. Right seat RJ will more than likely not do a thing for him.

This is a joke right? Half you guys say go get 6 months at a regional for 121 time and the other half say it doesn’t matter.

No one has the secret recipe

Does that mean left seat time in a 135/91 turboprop is more valuable than right seat 121 for those eyeing the majors? I've never heard so, if that's the case.
With his/her hours neither "time" really matters so it is check airmen and management role vs RJ FO. To me that seems like a no brainer, but I don't do or ever have done any hiring so that it for what it is worth.
